Quality Control

Our company do all the products strictly according to the ISO9001:2000.

1. IQC checking. Incoming Material Quality control. For some important material. We have a professional personer, We check 100%. All unqualified raw material. We will not accept.
2. IPQC. In Production Quality Checking. During production, we have got QC on line to check the quality while assembling. And for iron, for the most important function is temperature and so we check the temperature one by one to guarantee that each individual iron is with perfect temperature for good performance.
3. FQC. Final Quality Checking. When products finished, our QC department will check the finished products very carefully in different way.
